This rock is spinning too fast for me. It’s time to start a new month in the BuJo and I’m working on different daily habits to keep. I’ve taken some writing time off – I do that when I finish a book – so March will work differently, I imagine. Some ideas to pursue:
- Pre-work walks, because I haven’t kept to my walking goals at all. Last thing I want to do when I get home is exercise.
- Switch up the yoga, and go by time instead of poses. I need to get the most out of it.
- Get more music in my routine. I wanted to sit and listen, but even that seems like a chore.
- One TV episode a night. I want to get through a few series before the next seasons begin.
I don’t set aside much time for entertainment. If the months are passing at a steady clip I want to enjoy myself.
